As briefly mentioned on my About page, I have a BS in Ministry Leadership as well as a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry in Leadership and a Master of Arts in Religion in Leadership. For several years now I have felt like I am supposed to write a book on leadership. A few years ago I spent a lot of time researching the subject and started writing it. Unfortunately, the flash drive that I had my files on became corrupted and I lost all of the work that I had previously done on the book.

I was very disappointed. I hated the thought of starting over and procrastinated on starting to write again. At the same time, I realized that my ideas for the book had shifted directions slightly. The main focus and theme of the book had not changed but I had realized that some of my reasoning and logic for the book had become focused in a better direction Biblically.

Recently my local library (where I work part-time) started a writer's group. It had already been on my mind that I needed to start writing again. So, I got excited about the writer's group and that gave me the incentive to start writing again. In July, 2024, this book was finally written, edited, designed, formatted, and published.
