About
My name is Carl Seay. I am a husband, father, and grandfather. I live in a rural area of northeast Georgia. I am retired from the University of Georgia where I worked in the IT department. I have a two-year degree in computer programing from Athens Technical College. I have a BS degree in Ministry Leadership from Toccoa Falls College. I also have a M.A.C.M. and M.A.R. in Leadership from the Seminary at Liberty University. I have done about half of the course work toward a Ed.D. in Christian Leadership also from the Seminary at Liberty University. Having advanced degrees in leadership definitely does not make me an expert on the subject. I have to confess that I have had many failures in my life. Many times in my life, it seems like the failures greatly outnumber the successes.
I also am a member of Madison Writers Group of Danielsville, Georgia. We meet once a month to share and encourage each other. I have started to add some of the short stories and essays that I have written for the writers group. Some of these are of a serious nature and some were written as fun projects.
The purpose of this blog is to share my stories, thoughts, ideas, and those things I have learned with those who care to read them. If these subjects do not interest you, I will not be offended by you not reading them. I understand that many people have other interests than I do. Many of the posts will be concerning spiritual matters and many people are not interested in those subjects or have much different thoughts on the subject than I do. I am definitely not offended by friends or family who disagree with me. The subjects on this website will generally be Christian related and some will be related to Leadership and Followership.
I will not argue on any point. Feel free to disagree with me. The point of this website is to have an outlet for these subjects. It is not to be a place for arguing about political or theological subjects.
